Brainchild
Whenever I hear or see the word "brainchild," this is the image that is always immediately conjured up in my head:
A Talosian - a bare, hairless, almost childlike face with a giant, bulging head, laced prominently with throbbing veins, barely able to contain the massively enlarged brain within.
